FRAX Adjuster

The following form allows you to adjust a FRAX probability for both hip/spine T-score discrepancies, and for 2 or more falls per year.
You may not use both adjustments at the same time, you should use the one which results in the greatest adjustment, assuming it is appropriate for your patient.
